WHO ARE WE?
UK Event Medical Services Limited (or UKEMS) is a privately owned healthcare logistics business operating in South Yorkshire, specialising in patient transport.
Formed in 2002, UKEMS started its journey by providing medical cover supporting local events.
As the company developed in the years that followed it branched out into other areas of healthcare transport including urgent care, medical repatriation, courier services, specialist care (transport for persons suffering with mental health illness), paramedic services to GP’s and external training services.
As the business continued to expand more support was needed at a senior level, this resulted in the appointment of 4 new company Directors in the summer of 2017, all of whom bring a variety of skills and experience.
The company moved into new premises in the summer of 2018 as it continues to strive for excellence in all it does.
